On arrival, he finds himself in the heart of a lush forest, rediscovering a forgotten nature, a familiar yet distant land. But his progress is halted by an invisible membrane. As he passes through it, everything fades away. This journey was nothing more than a final illusion: the last thoughts of a man drifting, alone, in the immensity of space.

Between climbs and quiet moments of reflection, Ana’s obsession becomes a way to process grief, guilt, and the complex bond between human and animal. Her final attempt is infused with memory and emotion, as she channels the love and pain into one last push toward the top.

L’ho trovato interessante e ho voluto incontrare l’autore, scoprendo anche la sua arte musicale e di scrittore. Da lì è nato questo mio racconto fatto di musica e poesia.

Il maestro di sci Gigi Bozzo ricorda il suo esordio sulla neve e la sua formazione sulla scia di figure importanti per quei magnifici anni nella stazione di sci di Crissolo, alle falde del Monviso. Una seggiovia (monoposto F.lli Marchisio 360 p/o) e 6 skilift rappresentarono il traino di un turismo invernale in piena espansione. Bozzo ricorda i primi rudimenti e i primi esperimenti di nuove tecniche, compiuti con sci lunghissimi e scarponi improbabili. Ricorda anche gli amici scomparsi che avevano indirizzato la sua vita sportiva e lavorativa. Uno spaccato di un periodo storico, quello del turismo invernale a Crissolo, che non tornerà mai più
